How To Set Up The Monitor To Avoid Wrong Posture, Back Pain Neck-pain Postures and Eyestrain?

Our  ultimate objective  is to maintain a neutral body position while sitting and working. A neutral body position allows for a relaxed position and the natural alignment of body joints. Adjusting furniture height and placement of computer workstation accessories to reduce bending and stretching will reduce stress, strain, and minimize the risk of injury. This applies first and foremost to your monitor . The ideal viewing height is to have your eyes level with an imaginary line across the screen, about 2"-3" below the top of the monitor. If your screen is too low, you'll find yourself tilting your head forward to view the monitor (a common cause of neck pain). If it's too high, you may have to tilt your head back, leading to neck and shoulder pain - and increasing the likelihood of glare from overhead lights (a common cause of headaches).
The usual stand provided with monitor may not enable this level of adjustment may need to buy a Ergonomically Adjustable Monitor stand or Arms to enable u to do this level of height adjustments.

Usually such adjustable stands would be of 3 types as below:-
 1.      Freestanding (which requires no fixing to table and no drilling of holes in your table)
2.      Table fixing model which is fixed to your table.
3.      Table clamping to edge of tab.
4.      You may suite the one which suite your furniture and environment .

When employees are stressed, they are less engaged, less productive, and more likely to miss days at work due to stress-related illness.  Research suggests that stress weakens our immune system and increases inflammation which makes us more prone to illnesses ranging from the common cold to heart disease. In fact, some studies show that two specific types of workplace stress can take a toll on our cardiovascular system. The first type of stress involves the physical strain of having to do more with less.  Taking on additional responsibilities and having to accomplish more work in less time is a common example. The second type of stress occurs when employees ...
